I have a Macbook and Office 2008. When I use the slideshow feature in PPt
with video mirroring on my computer looks like vertical seersucker pajamas.
The screen is full of dark spots and jpg images are barely visible. When I
shut off mirroring, shut off "color' backgrounds in PPt the LCD screen looks
okay, but when I show jpg images you cannot make them out. This is a huge
problem for me as a I have a public speaking/consulting business. This is
costing me money and clients. If you can't resolve this quickly, I will drop
OFFICE and move to another product.

Hi Patrick;

I'm afraid I don't have a solution for you but I thought it would be a good
idea to clarify an apparent misconception: You are not communicating with
Microsoft or its employees here. The newsgroups are a collection of other
users who volunteer their time & experience to help others as best they can.

Consequently, rants & threats serve absolutely no purpose here. I appreciate
your frustration, but nobody here is responsible for the circumstances. In
fact, it hasn't even been established that MS product is to blame. If you
want to blow off where it may do some good contact Microsoft Customer
Support and/or use Help> Send Feedback from any of the Office apps.
