snp viewer

downloaded and installed the snapshot viewer from Microsoft's site and
installed it. Each time i double click on a access 2003 generated snapshot
report (.snp) to open and view it, a windows installer dialog launches and
asks for access 2003 professional installation CD. How can i fix this so that
it won't require the installation CD?.

this might work, not sure.


right click on the SNP file.

Choose "Open With" --> "Choose Program"

Click the snapshot viewer, and check "Always use the selected program
to open this kind of file"

i tried the steps, it's still the same. i checked the version and it is
version 10. i think i need to install the version 11 but i can not find it
anywhere on the internet.
