Soap error: Loading of the WSDL file failed. PS2003

Hi

I have this problem, in the windows event Viewer

1. Soap mistake: One of the parameters supplied is invalid ..
2. Soap mistake: Loading of the WSDL file failed.
3. Soap mistake: XML Parser failed at linenumber 0, lineposition 0, reason
is: Access denied.


how can i resolve this problem?

I found an article that says the connector service is used for connecting
other business application and is not needed...to fix it go to
