Soft-phone dial contacts plug-in

Does anyone know if there is a plug-in, microsoft or third party that would
allow me to click on a number in my Outlook 2007 contacts to communicate with
and direct dial through my soft phone?
I'm getting fed up of having to manually type in every number!
