Software Activation Problem?

I am having the EXACT same problem with my entire office 2003 Small
business suite. First of all no activation notice ever appeared, and
second, when tring to go into activation, no dialog options appear.
Thus, I am effectivly locked out of being able to use the software, and
have tried to install, uninstall, reinstall, pray, curse... etc.

Does anyone have any recomendations short of reformating the entire
machine (again)?
