Can anyone please let me know whether Microsoft Access
2003 is compatible with windows XP SP2(Service pack)

Yes, in fact you can run access 2002 also.
And, you can run access 2000 also
And, you can run access 97 also
And, you can run access 95 also

In fact, you can go back 10 years, and even load a VERY VERY old version of
ms-access 2.0, and that even runs on the windows xp SP2. The history, and
compatibility of making all that old software to work, and run on a brand
new pc is really a very remarkable feat, and in fact is the best track
record in the industry as compared to other computer vendors.
