Software Installation

Hello

I had to install some software within a Windows 2003 domain. The software
had to be installed locally on each machine - 20 machines that is.

As a domain administrator, when I logged in with my domain rights, the
software ran fine. When I logged into the domain as the user it would not
run. There was obviously permissions problems, as when I tested by giving the
user domain admn rights it worked fine. By taking those rights away, the
software would not run for the user.

Is there a quick way around this problem without giving the user full domain
rights?

Thankyou,
Jeff

Why doesn't this damned Microsoft newsgroup thing make itself more clear?

Twice I selected new thread and was asked which newsgroup to select. Twice I
selected installation and a secomd one called installation & configuration.
Neither time did it state what these groups referred to. How the hell am I
supposed to know which group to post my question in? This is crazy.
