Software malfunction

I can not get this software to work. I get a program error
stating that the file is corrupt and mapi32.dll corrupt.
it states that i should reinstall the program. I have done
this several times and get the same results. what is the
solution.?

Which software program is this? (We can't presume it's Outlook, as
it's common for folks to post questions about other programs here by
mistake.) If it is Outlook, which version, and what is the EXACT text of
any error message(s) you're getting? Also, do you get the message(s) when
you first attempt to run the program, or some other time?
