Software Suggestion

I am looking for the best solution for my small business. It is a small
retail multicultural art specialty shop. We sell clothing, art, books,
music, jewelry and part of the space serves as a gallery. I am looking for
software that can do the following. I want a software thats going to help me
manage my business more effeciently as a whole.
Accounting
Cusotmer Management
Inventory Management
POS... or set up our current register which I believe you can download
information to and from...

There are numerous POS systems avilable, at differeng prices,just google
Sage has a steep learning curve and is not non accountant trained friendly.
Quick Books and Clearly Bookkeeping had a fundimental problem with VAT
reporting, at least the last 2005 versions I looked at did
