Solver bug - Won't return Integer

Does anyone know if there is a bug in the English Version of Excel
2002. no matter what I do, I can't get calculation to an integer using
solver. I've got the constraints set for it, but it just won't do it.

What do you mean by "calculation to an integer"?

If you are trying to constrain the adjustable cells to an integer, I get a
result that "solver cannot find a feasible solution". A result is indicated,
but that message is in the box and indicates that the result is not feasible
(given the constraints)

If you are trying to constrain the result to an integer, how are you doing
that?

The cells that are required to be an Integer are set with the =int
constraint. Instead of getting an integer, I get answers like 5.0237
etc

Microsoft have an article (and fix) in their knowledge base on this
issue with the German & Polish versions, but I can't find info ANYWHERE
on the English version having this problem.
