I have 12 users;
the (cell phone) plans are as follows;
Minutes/Monthly Recurring Charge ("mrc"): 300/$50; 500/
$60; 800/$75; 1100/$95; 2000/$115; 2500/$130; 3500/$150;
4500/$175
I want the best mix of (12) plans to yield the maximum
minutes and minimum mrc; the users share the minutes
