I seem to be having a problem that several other people in this form are
think but so far no one has been able to offer much advice.
When I write a few e-mails and attempt to send them some will send and
others will not -- they will simply stay in the outbox even after repeated
attempts to send them.
Here is what I have noticed: if I write an e-mail, click send, then looked
in my outbox -- some of the e-mails have "none" in the "sent" column/category
(this should be today's date). All the e-mails that have "none" in the
"sent" category will NOT send. All e-mails that actually show a date in the
"sent" category will send with no problem.
Then, if I right click on an e-mail that has not sent, select "forward",
click send -- then I obviously will have two copies of this same e-mail in my
outbox. If I then go ahead and send, the one forwarded e-mail will send and
the other will still be left in the outbox.
I am using windows XP SP2, NAV, NIS, Outlook 2003. I have been using
Outlook for years and have never had this problem until recently.
Has anyone had any luck fixing this?
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Jeff
