Some emails appear as random text

Hi everyone,

I recently installed Outlook 2002 on my laptop and have noticed that emails
i receive from a couple of people appear in my outlook as not readable and a
heap of jargon.
I have never had problems in the past receiving emails from these people
from my work outlook application.
I receive all other emails from other senders fine its just these couple of
senders that it appears as jargon. I have also spoken to the senders and they
advised that everyone else they have sent these emails to have received them
fine.
The emails appear fine when i look at them through ie but in outlook they
appear as the following:
