Some event happens spontaneously

I have the same problem that was discussed in that topic

But they didn't solve the problem.
Perhaps there are some ideas now.

Ok.
The situation is:
While Access is opened and simultaneously IE is loading something happens
with Access. I've noticed only one event that caused this, i.e. loading the
IE. For instance when you are on a form editing a rocord and this event
happens the recordselector goes to the first record and nothing can hold it.
I checked every event on forms and on controls - nothing. In the status line
appears "Calculating..." or "Running query..." depends on forms are based on.
What do Access and IE use in general?

This event sometimes happens spontaneously without loading IE. Perhaps net
needs to be adjust. I'm confused.
