Created a document in Word 2000, including headers. Saved it to a CD-RW. When I opened the document in Word 2002, some of the headers were missing. AND, I cannot view "headers and footers" so aren't able to add them back. Have not saved it as a Web page. Any ideas what happened and how to fix it?
