Some included page are updated, while some don't

Hello.
I have some problem with the included pages in my site.

I created a drop-down navigation menu in a page. Then I used the Included
Page Compnent to display its contents in another page (let's say '1.htm').

Then I published the pages and they worked fine.

Later, I created another page (let's say '2.htm'), with the drop-down menu
included as well. It worked fine too.

But when the update the navigation menu, the changes are shown in the latter
page (2.htm), but not in the former (1.htm). Why is it so and how can the
reflex the updates in the former page (1.htm) as well?

To make full use of the 'Include Page' component, you need the server extensions
running on your host server.

Same deal with shared borders, if the SE are running then the updates made to the
borders or the included page will reflect on all pages, but if the SE are not
running then you have to republish every page using the shared borders or
Included Page features.

You could try "real" Server Side Includes (SSI) if your host allows it but when
using SSI the included pages won't show display in design view (as do Include
Page or Shared Borders), only on the web in your browser.

Localhost and Extensions are not required for the use of basic shared borders or include page
components.

However, the user must make sure they are working in a open web.
