Some items remain unmatched after publishing

I just made a few changes in the local copy of my website and published it
using FP 2003.
Everything seem to have gone OK and the changes were made. However, now when
I
compare the two sites with FP, some of the items are still marked as
unmatched.

Should I worry about that?

Also, the local site Author (whatever that is) is given as something on my
previous computer.

Do a Publish All pages followed by a publish Changes Only
