Some of my commas are being replaced with =, and some " are being.

I have a document were only some of my commas have been replaced with = and
some of my left " are being replaced with capital A in a courier font. It
all happened when i moved it from my lab top to my pc. No matter how many
times i try, i get the same result. Also, on my labtop it looks fine and i
get none of these bizzare replacements. Any ideas?
