Some office 2003 Pro programs wont open

MS Outlook, MS Word, will open, but the others, Excel Access, Powerpoint,
etc, wont allow me to user the software, saying "Microsoft Excel has not been
installed for the current user Please run setup to install the aplication"
well I am the only user of my home PC, and they all worked in the past, and
their are no other users on the PC. help.

I have Panda 2006 AV

What happened between the time they worked and now? Did they quit
working after you installed Panda 2006 AV, since you mentioned that?
Have you tried Help, Detect and Repair? Have you tried Reinstalling?

I have the same problem after installing Visual studio 2005, with .NE
2.0

Tried to repair using installer.
Tried to remove office and install again
Tried to install my old Visio 2002 ( instead of the 2003 from office )
Tried to apply all possible service packs
every time i have the same error message and application refuses t
start.

Still looking for a solution.
