I have multiple users that can not access the Issues area
in Web Access for projects they are assigned tasks. The
Issues area works fine for many others.
Two conditions are displayed (by the same user). Have not
see a pattern that would predict which of the following
will occur when entering the Issues menu.
-Error message appears stating: "There is a problem
establishing a connection with the Web server running
SharePoint Team Services. Please contact your system
administrator."
-A pop-up login window apprears. Enter network logon
credentials doesn't gain access.
I've synchronized the user information on the projects
within SharePoint. The information looks valid.
The sharepoint server is a 'trusted' site in I.E.
Any thoughts how to debug this?
