Hi gang,
Please, if you have some influence...suggestions for the next version I hope
that microsoft can incorporate to make the tool better:
1) We need a resource type that covers shared facilities and/or equipment
that is neither of type work or material, that would not agregage work and
can still be leveled.
2) Make it easier to assign multiple work resources to fixed work type tasks
using the Resource Schedule Task Form without having to mess around with
assignment start and dates to keep things straight/ aligned. Whereby the
assignment dates dynamically default to the task start and finish when
changing an assignment of such a fixed task type.
3) This one is not a biggy/ just cosmetic, but when the Leveling Can Split
(task field) is set to ''no" it should be apparent that it doesn't make a
difference what you have Level Assignments (task field) set to (i.e., just
like when you set a task to fixed work, effort driven gets set to "yes" and
can't be changed).
