Define "login". For example, do you mean log in with
FrontPage, or log in with the browser?
In either case, if you open the site in FrontPage and then
choose Tools, Server, Permissions, does clicking the
Manage Users link list all the users you want, with the
privileges you want?
(If you don't see a Manage Users link, try the same
sequence of commands in the parent Web.)
If the logins are in FrontPage, you may also want to find
and delete all the .web files on the user's disk, plus the
cmdui.prf file.
