Sometimes I can paste from Pub to Word...sometimes I can't.

I have generated sales flyers in Pub, hit "select all", "copy", and then
"paste" into a word doc. This has worked fine. I recently created a news
letter in Pub, went through the same procedure, and NOTHING happend. I mean
nothing, no partial paste, no error message, just a lot of nothing. Any
ideas?

Try to clear your cache.

Open IE. Tools - Internet options - clear temp files

I have better success using the Clipboard in Publisher. The old CTRL-V
or SHIFT-INSERT doesn't always work for me. In fact, I have watched
Publisher more than once paste the previous thing I copied, so that I
was forced to use the clipboard thingy or else I couldn't paste what I
wanted. Very buggy is Publisher.
