sometimes my ms office outlook 2000 locks up with no explanation .

Occasionally my machine locks up I.E. mouse arrow stops and and the only
recorse I have found is to do a CNTR/ALT/DEL then select task manager, 2
tasks will be listed and MS Outlook is always the one I have to stop. Any
suggestions?
