Sometimes when I click on an e-mail message my CPU's go to 99 due.

Sometimes when I click on an e-mail message my CPU's go to 99. When I check
the processes it's from winwordexe. How can I stop this from happening? Why
is it happening?

Disable Word as email editor (tools, options....)
