sometimes winmail.dat

Hi, i've got this problem.
some email is coming with winmail.dat attachement.
we are running on exchange 2007, otulook xp, and outlook 2007.
i've already checked my client settings (outlook 2007) for html or text.
i've tried to show the email in owa, and the winmail.dat appears.
could be an exchange fix?
