Somewhat annoying....

Hi,

(Running XP-PRO and Outlook 2000, all current updates are installed)

A new annoyance has started. This began just a few days ago.

It is best expressed with an example:
* I have Outlook minimized, and I am working on a Word document.
* When I close Word, Outlook auto-magically maximizes.
* What is doing this so I cam stop it?
* (Incidentally, it happens with more than when just closing Word!)
