SOOOOOO FRUSTRATED!!!!

I'm so frustrated!!!

I created a booklet from Publisher last year and it's now
time to update the book for 2003/2004. It will not print
and keeps giving me the the following message: "Publisher
does not have enough memory to load graphics or embedded
objects". I deleted or saved on disc most of publisher
docs to free up disc space, reinstalled Publisher, etc.
No luck - Argh!!!

I do have a new printer this time around and added more
memory to that - did not help.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

What version of Windows are you using?

Have you made sure your c:\Windows\Temp folder and any sub-folders and files
are deleted
Defrag your hard drive.

It maybe your new printer, Publisher saves printer information with its publications.
Disable your printer before you open Publisher and then try opening your file.

1. I am using Pub 2000 and was using Pub 2000 when I
created the doc
2. New Printer is Brother HL-1440
3. The Pub document was created using a Canon BJC 5100
4. Just have issues with one doc - it is a large doc of
20,385 kb and will only print 1/2 then I get the memory
message. It all looks perfect until it stops printing. I
have basically deleted every other publisher file to free
up memory with no luck.
5. Yes, there are embedded objects. I made them into
links to see if this would rid the problem - nope.
6. It also doesn't like my fonts

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED - THANK YOU

How do I "zip" the file? Do I need a zip drive? I would
love to send this puppy to you.

Thanks again for all of your help.

What Microsoft product do I need to purchase to get
Publisher 2003? Is it sold separately or only with Office
2003? Is it available yet? What does the Beta mean?

Can I convert the doc to a Word doc instead to get the
problem solved immediately and add new graphics? If so,
will this also convert my formatting, etc.?

Thank you.

Yep, purchased and installed NAV 2003 first of the year.
Last year when I prepared the publisher doc I was not
running any virus software. Is there any way to recreate
or fix this doc without starting all over since Publisher
2003 is not available to me? I also have McAfee, if I
uninstall NAV and install my McAFee, will this have any
positive results? The reason I purchased NAV was because
McAfee really made our computer run slowly.

Thanks again for all of your help.
