"Sorry for the Inconvenience"

K

Ken McLennan

G'day there People,

Here I am back again. Once more I have an error message telling me
that "Microsoft Excel has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvenience".

I have a "Click here" link to get information, but it's
incomprehensible to me. It's also quite long and technical.

When I click "Debug" I get the same message back again.

I can't figure out what's going on. I recovered from the same
thing with a backup, and all was fine. I've added a command button to a
UserForm, although there's not yet a macro to go with it, and now I
can't start my project without Excel spitting the dummy and MS
apologizing for losing my data.

How the heck does one figure out what's going on? and then fix it?

See ya
