Sort and Filter pop up menus

Having read the message"Are you sure that you want to stop using the
List Manager? If youdo,column settings defined by the List Manager will
be lost',I hit the wrong button:anybody any idea how to get them back
so I can resume using the Sort and Filter functions ?

Insert/List...

Thanks for the response but I'd tried that-both through the insert menu
and through the List Wizard.Neither process reinstated the pop ups.

Is there no way other than to Format a new worksheet and import the
existing data into it ??
