Hello
I'm not quite sure which group to post this to so I'll
start here. We're running Outlook XP and Exchange 2003.
We've got our public folders mail enable and they receive
mail with no trouble. My question is, when they receive
mail it shows up in Outlook with a posted icon and not
the envelope icon like the regular mailboxes have. I've
found a "read" category which will give me a read/unread
envelope icon but my problem is when a user forwards an
email from one of the public folders, they show no
indication that they have been forwarded, other than
appearing in their sent mail. I've noticed that
the "posted" icon only appears on email received from the
outside and not from internal addresses.
Hopefully this makes sense, if not I'll answer any
questions anybody might have.
Thanks
