Sort Folders

I am using Windows XP and OfficeXP ( Word/Excel 2002.)
When I go to Word or Excel all my folders and files have reversed their
alphabetical order. They now go from Z to A.
If I open ‘My Documents’ from Start/explore or open from My Documents on the
desktop they all displayed as they should be eg. A to Z
I recall this happening when I was using an earlier version of Office but I
can’t recall how I fixed it

View, Arrange icons by > name. When you click this option your files will sort
descending, click it again and they will sort ascending.
