Sort listb to disp recs with same first lett on click letter butto

Idea is to have alphabet buttons down side of Listbox and when pressed
display Records in the listbox which have the same first letter.
Have sorted the query which works a treat, but struggle to set the code
which will set the name of the button as the parameter value in the query and
update the list box.
Any ideas?
