Hi all -
One of my users has a strange Outlook issue - the sort order of his
Inbox keeps randomly changing. The "From" column disappears and is
replaced by the "To" column.
This is naturally very annoying to him, as the only way to reverse the
effect is to customize the view and remove the From column, add the To
column, and resort by Date Received.
Any ideas?
