Sort Resourse Drop Down list in Alpha Order

[KMD]

When I open a new task and assign a resourse the staff name are not
sorted in alpha order. [ I believe they are sorted in the order they were
created.]

I there a technique I can use to ensure each time I open the Resourse Drop
Down
List I see staff listed in alpha order ?

Hi KMD,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup

In the Resource Sheet view, Project/Sort/Sort By../select Name and at the
bottom select to permanently renumber resources.
