Sort The Address

I have mailing list that have names and addreses with Apt #'s How i can sort
in the access i know very little about the SQL Please help me

In the query's QBE (design view) select Ascending or Descending under
the column you want to sort. The row name in the design grid is "Sort."

What are the fields in your table (open the table in design view)? What are
their datatypes, meanings, and content? How do you want them sorted? More info
please!
