Sorting and Finding data

Anyone know a macro or formula that could do the following:

IF A and B on Sheet1 match A and B on Sheet2
THEN C on sheet2 will be moved to C on sheet1

Any ideas?

Try the following formula:

=IF(AND(A1=Sheet2!A1,B1=Sheet2!B1),Sheet2!C1,"")
