Sorting Contact Names when sending mail

In Outlook 2002, when I compose a new message, and then
click the To or cc button, the "Select Names" box displays
names that are sorted by the contact's first name (or by
their last name - as changed by using: Tools > E-mail
accounts > View or change existing directories or address
books...). How do I get the software to display by Company
Name, Last Name, First Name (just like in my Contacts
Folder)???

I've read all the Postings and nothing I've tried works.

If indeed your Contacts are displayed that way, then selecting the "File
As..." option for sorting the Outlook Address Book will sort your Outlook
Address Book the same way.
