Is this possible? Sorts seem to be for the titles rather than the data.

S Smonczka Jan 30, 2006 #3 You can also highlight any of the fields in your table and then select top ten from the Pivot Table menu bar. Then sort accordingly. Vancitys sugestion will work but will change back to the original sort once you refresh the data. Smonczka

V VancitysFinest Jan 30, 2006 #4 Hmm, I don't seem to have that problem Smonczka. I have pivots I refresh every week and it remembers the sorts (and I have 2 levels of sorting on the one pivot).
