sorting hebrew in access

I have my site hosted in the US and I use access as the database.
when I try to run a simple query like:
welect * from names order by surname
the results are not correctly orders according to the hebrew alphabet.

any ideas on how to fix this problem ?

Look under Tools | Options on the menu bar. On the General tab, there's a
choice "New Database Sort Order". Select Hebrew from the list of available
choices.
