Sorting information

I have 6 columns of data in my query. One is product family and on is product.
How can I sort by product within product family?

Dirk,
Drag ProductFamily to Column1 and drag Product to Column2, with an
ascending sort on each. When several columns are sorted... leftmost to
rightmost is the hierarchy.
