Sorting problem in access

i have a query that was sorting properly but i have since made an update to
the query and the sort no longer works. i am sorting a text field ascending
but the records being returned are in no recognizable order.

any one ever run into this before and have a fix?

I am having trouble seeing your query or your SQL view. From what I can see
from here it is sorting correctly ;-)
