Sorting

Hi, is there a way that you can sort a programme into date order (or any
order for that matter), and have the row numbers automatically re-number as
per Excel? It is really frustrating seeing line 700 on page 1 and row 25 on
page 7. It completely confuses management!

Yes, there is a way. Numerous way. The most obvious way is Menu:
Project/Sort. Or right-mouse click on the column you want to sort by.

Hi Angela,

To add a bit to Rob's suggestion. If you choose Project > Sort >
Sort By in the menu, there is an option at the lower left corner to
permanently renumber the tasks. You'll need to make sure the option
"Keep outline structure" is checked.
