i tried all the solutions and i think I couldnt get it to work becaus
of the layout of the data I originally though a pivot table would wor
but the data is layed out so that each row contains multiple codes i
no particular order and the colums really have no order either.
tried moving them to another sheet to sort but i couldn get them i
enough order to be counted
the range i was refering to is just what values are present in th
table.
anyway i just ended up throwing them all in one colum sorting the
deleting multiples
but i apreciate all your help
