Every time when I open Outlook, a message bar is shown that "Your offline
changes are not up to date. Outlook is now atenpting to rebuild the offline
change database. This may take several minutes". After I press the "OK"
buttom, another message bar appears saying that the program encounters some
errors, and it should be closed. The same sympton repeats many times a day.
In addition, this program runs very slowly. I have tried to reinstall the
office program, it did not make any improvement. Hope somebody here can lend
me a hand to fix this problem. Many thanks.
