sound files are not installed

When I try to add one of the basic sounds (applause, bomb, etc.) for a slide
transition, I get the message "The feature is not currently installed. Would
you like to install it now?" When I click "yes", I get the error message
1311 "Source file not found". I have already tried repairing my MS Office
installation, but no luck. Any ideas?

Thanks for the tip below. But I tried what the link suggested (reinstalling
from a folder on my hard drive with the Office CD contents copied to it) and
I got the same error message (1311) as before.

Well, first I would recommend that you seek help from your IT staff, since you
may be restricted by the policy settings. If they are not able to use the link
and fix the problem, you may have to contact Microsoft for help.
