In Outlook 2007, I have created 2 mail accounts; the first one has the
default name “Personal foldersâ€, the second one is named with the e-mail
address of the second account. They both have the same subfolders. I receive
e-mails normally in each folder according to their address.
First question, I have set a specific sound for the incoming mail
notification. I hear the sound when I receive mail from my first account but
I do not hear the sound for the second account. Is there any way to fix that?
Second, it seems that I cannot rename my second folder; instead of having
the name of the e-mail address, I would like to name it something different
like “Second one†for instance. When I right-click on it, the option to
rename it is inactive (gray). Does anyone have any idea?
