source edit in Outlook

Greetings
I am looking for a way to create/send html emails using
Outlook 2000. Does anyone have a solution?
I know in Outlook Express you can select Source edit and
copy paste html.
please help

Under Tool, Option, Click the Mail Format tab, and under the "Message
Format" change "Send in this message format" to HTML.

I'm unsure how you can do it for just one message - the way I was
going to try only offers Plain and Rich text as options, so it could
be that with 2k its an all-or-none type deal.
