We are using Word 2003 SP2
One user is find that when she inserts textboxes, the text "<SP2>" appears
in the document AND it is printed. She's having to make that text white so
that it won't appear in her documents.
I've been through all kinds of options but cannot find what's causing this.
Although it appears to be a code, it's not something that is toggled with
Alt+F9 or by choosing not to view fields.
I've gone through every likely option in her Tools-Options and nothing has
had an effect.
I have also tried to GET this code to appear on my PC but it will not. Nor
can I see this code or whatever it is if I open her documents on my PC.
What could this be and how do we get rid of it?
