SP1 applied; Still have missing timesheet messages

There are a lot of threads about the missing timesheet issue but I haven't
found any that offer closure. Is there any solution to correcting the
problem: notifications of missing timesheets when the timesheets have been
submitted, approved and applied against the plan?
